Returns Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and in case of any inconveniences we are happy to help. We are ready to exchange your product in following conditions.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
WE DO NOT REFUND IN ANY CONDITION, WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE.
IN CASE OF DEFECTS :
We accept exchange only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.
IN CASE OF SIZING ISSUES:
We send the exact size you purchase but still if it doesn’t fits you, we accept exchange but the customer has to bear any extra cost incurred in exchange like shipping charges and pickup charges.
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 07 days of the delivery.
There could be a difference in the motifs as all the products on www.nibstog.com are hand embroidered. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES)
There could be a difference in color due to lighting effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES)
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
